Thanks girlie. Its good to have stuff like that tucked into your blog, and then go back and seeing that the pounds are not/were not the only extra baggage, ya know?  And just *not* feeling that way as often anymore is such a gift!

Funny gurl.  Its definitely how it really is sometimes for me!  I am thankful for the folks who do not have to do such mental gyrations, but me?  Sure enough gotta sometimes.

That Trixybich tries to be the boss of my mind sometimes, and a lot, depending on if I am tender about stuff!

I copy and paste onto a word document!  I did my best to transfer all my yuck to exercise at first, and then - I needed to learn that just sitting in it and not *doing* something was what I needed to practice too.

Because its not really incredibly appropriate hard to be in the middle of a meeting, or a "conversation" with your beloved/family/children/whomever, get pissed off, and then excuse yourself to jump on the treadmill or do some squats!  :}  Although, it might make them leave you be.

Lucky for me, that was last January, so its nice to see how I do not feel so UMSy *as much* as I used to!  And that those thought processes that I had to practice, outloud, often, are not as often making tracks through my noggin!  Yaay for some growth !

Although there's always a 2 steps forward 1/2/3 steps back thing.  Loss and growth are not always linear, as nice as it would be!  :}

Do you have a good place to recommend folks get fitted for their melon smugglers, Mz DebbieJean?

Try myintimacy.com.  They were really great when I went, much better than any other place I've have been for fittings...although I was really surprised when she stuck her hand in my bra as soon as we shut the dressing room door!

Hey hot mama,

I loved this the first time I read it and love it even more now that I'm progressing along this journey.

You go girl and please keep reminding me that this journey is about the head/heart connection.

BYW, I'm loving wearing bras that are 36 instead of 42.  It's a whole new bra game!  :)

And such a fluid game, is not it?  The mental tricks seem to morph, as you grow past one tactic!  Gotta love the junkie gene. :}  Or not.

It is a whole new bra game!  Do you have a suggestion of a good place to be fitted, or bras that fit all of your parts in?

Thanks for being a sweet encourager girlie.
