I quite like Shelly's "cakes" for an on the go bfast item. Put sf jam on it (or even almond butter and jam) and go.

I'm not an egg eater, either. My favorite breakfast is 1 T peanut butter on half an English muffing. If you get the high fiber ones, they're only 50 calories for half and they have a lot of fiber too. I also like veggie burgers for breakfast. Morningstar has a black bean burger that I love.

Also, what's wrong with protein bars? They're listed as a good source of protein from my Nut. Sure, you have to pick ones that are lower in carbs, but you can't avoid all carbs. And if protein bars are what you want, why beat yourself up over it?

have you tried freash fruit like watermelon, canalope or melon?  or i eat 4 saltines with peanut butter on them? celery and peanut butter just remove the outter skin? cream of wheat? thats all i can think of i am in the same boat as you are cant get breakfast in, lunch is iffy and dinner if a battle sometimes too

How about miso soup?  I know it sounds weird, but we (Japanese people ) eat it for breakfast.   It is warm, and light, and full of protein(tofu) low fat and cal too!   It is easy to make, put it in a thermos and go  oishi!( japanese for deelish!)
