How much weight did you lose 3 months out from surgery?

And what was your starting weight? I am wondering what I might look like by Christmas.

If I remember right I was losing about 20 pounds a month on average and I started at 367.

I had lost a total of 100 lbs at my 3 month post op appointment BUT that 100 lbs included 12 lbs before seeing surgeon, 27 lbs pre-op diet and 61 lbs post op.  So  my sleeve helped me to lose 61 lbs in 3 months.

My surgery weight was 401 lbs.

from date of surgery to 3 months later l lost exactly 40 lbs. Had lost another 17 pre op so was down 57 from my peak weight. lost the 17 slowly since i had to wait awhile for surgery. I think my loss in 3 months was on the average to slow side. many people lose more in that time. but i kept with it and got to goal this month. so it isn't a race. gl diane  oyez oyez

p.s. nsv  is non scale victory. like being able to fit in airplane seat or shopping at normal store. D

You know,for some reason I thought it meant "non-surgical victory" and that confused me - "non-scale" makes SO much more sense!

I had lost around 50....started at 248.  You will definitely be looking great by Christmas!!

i started at 240 lost 18 during preop so 222 day of surgery 190 month 3 so total of 50 but 32 for the first 3 months post op.  Another 8 down at month 4 and a week, but i am a slow loser,  we should look really good at Christmas.  Take care and good luck  jeani

My surgery weight was 309 after I lost 12 lbs on the pre-op die. I am over 2 months out, and have lost 40 lbs post-op. I'm hoping for 50 by 3 months, but might be more like 45-48 just estimatng from how things have been going.
