5 month update with picture
Here is my five-month update. I am very happy with the results so far. Many aspects of my life have seen improvement. I will list some of the positives and negatives so far.
Positives:
1. lost 70+lbs
2. pants size has dropped from 42-44 to 34-36
3. Shirt size dropped form xxl to large
4. I am not taking any medications to control diabetes and my sugar levels are normal
5. I no longer need my sleep apnea mask
6. I am jogging, riding bike and doing a lot of walking
7. No knee or back issues
8. No skin folds
9. I feel much better with more energy
Negatives:
1. I don’t have many clothes that fit me properly
2. Everyone wants to know what I’m doing (that’s not so bad but tiring)
3. I can feel scar tissue if I move in just the right way. Can be a little painful.
4. Can hit sugar lows pretty quick if I eat incorrectly
5. Some hair loss
6. Now that I can see and touch my toes I realize how ugly my feet are
Over all i am very happy
