Two more pounds to 100 pounds lost!!!! I actually cried this morning I was so happy.

B: Click espresso shake (1/2)
L: deli roast beef and american cheese
S: Click espresso shake (the other half)
D: pork ribs in an asian sesame sauce (new recipe!)
S: unsure, either nothing or some lunch meat I reckon

Fluids: working on it
Vits: not yet...slack today!
Exercise: not yet, will probably do treadmill in a bit and maybe hit the gym for strength training tonight if hubby wants to go..otherwise I'll do some arm/shoulder work and some push ups at home

MsShell ..missed your posts lately.. I have been traveling so trying to track every bite. You will be proud, I past on the evil donuts, candy and chips that were brought into my training room this week.

To is a travel day home - I'm posting from the plane .

B- premire protein
L- premire protien (on the way to the airport)
S- apple, a few almonds and Bloody Mary Mix (on the plane)
D- depends as I'll get home about 8pm. So either a Greek yogurt or tuna..

I know I didn't get in enough water, but I have a bottle with me.
