Breakfast: 3/4 pure protein bar. filled me up really quickly today
Snack: 42 oz of Ginger peach iced tea... no sweetener
Lunch: 3 buffalo wings
Snack before gym: the remainder of my protein bar so i dont fall out in spinning class
Dinner: 3 oz chicken cutlet, 1/4 cup salad greens, ranch dressing
Water: On track. Getting ready to make another 42 oz of iced tea
Vits: Yes
Exercise: 1/2 mile walk this morning; spin class tonight

Good luck and hard work to yah on those last 17 lbs....couldn't some of that still be some 'swell hell' from remodelling of your lovely figure?
This morning I had a full cup of blueberry fruit smoothie, morning snack was 4 bites of a sweet potatoe, mushroom, onion phyllo pastry greek thingy.
Lunch I'm going to get right now.....
It's a Thai Red Curry dish with pineapple and Prawns.
Going on a date tonight to listen to some blues band and a potluck / poker / house warming party on Saturday.....so I'm a thinkin this is gonna be a stinkin weekend for eating well.
L - 3 oz. Chopped Liver Salad, 1 Slice Sourdough Bread, 3 oz. Avocado
S - 4 oz. Fresh Mozzarella
D - 4 oz. Grilled Skirt Steak w/ Onions and Mushrooms
S - 4 oz. Stilton Blue Cheese
S - Starbucks Via w/ 8 oz FF Milk
Working on water. Woke up thirsty so I know I'm low.
