100LBS SAY BYE BYE 4.5MONTHS !!

YAHOOOOOO!! This morning Im feeling a little mucles pain,maybe because I'm overloaded myself at the GYM lasy few days,thought I wanted to take a break today and esume back on Monday..but I'm so kind of restless to skip today workout..so I drag my bike and cycle to the Gym..as I didn't check my weight last 2 days coz my weight ON STALL MODE..early this week..I just step on the digital scale with my eyes closed..when I open..OMG it's moving again!!!
Happy like fish !! I forgotten about my pain and started to workout with a great smile through out my 3 hours time set...I'm so happy and cycle back home..while cycling I feel that I must give my Sleeve a treat(BONUS)...I stop at the Macdonald hehehehe and order a small Vanilla Sundaes...
I sat outside and start slowly after a few spoon I stop and said to myself, I had enough !! half of it gone in the bin..and I continue my cycling till I reached home....
You Guys know well how it feel right?? I turn on the music and start to dance for 15 minutes.
TGIF-I got VSG on friday and hit 100lbs on friday..ohhhhhh Thanks God Its Friday!!!
To all *****ad this..let's rock the sleeve and keep doing your workout..those who are still having hard time to start fight that feeling..move urself coz nobody can move for you..not even the scale..I started excercise on my week 2nd..and it is really hard but with strong MOTIVATION..D'TERMINATION..I overcome the hard time when my stamina improving day by day..

That is so great! I sometimes reward myself with a sweet treat, but much like you, once I get a couple spoonfulls in, I'm good to go. And I don't feel guilty about throwing it out.....I consider it throwing out the old habits, too!

Yes Laurie!! We have to give and take to our 'new baby'is it's always make us happy...It's ok to 'break the rules'..people that set the rules..and people also break the rules..but we did just to share with the sleeve to taste something different...
As alot of people said,CARBS IS A MUST..Honestly I lead my life with my Sleeve not to take CARBS..example ice,noodles,pasta,pastry,cakes and bread..plus those workout, I don't have the idea to take those MONSTER anymore..

I'm so happy ! I really workout 4x a week,3hours each time to burn 900 to 1000 calories...on the threadmill i will do 40minutes,cyclying 1hour,cross trainer 40minutes,rowing 30minutes,stepper 20 minutes in between i take some weight ..like lat pull down..leg press..shoulder press and triceps extention...
Weekend I 'm more relax..going cycling at the Park..for 1 hour..sometimes I cycle at night..

Several times I did MASTER CLENSE..plus workout..I lost alot during the RAMADAN no food no drinks fom 5.30am till sunset at 7.15pm..and I still do my workout but only for 2 hours..my next appointment with my surgeon will be on the 11 oct..
I hope by than I cqn make it alittle more..
