They do not trust us with stickies it seems - we cannot get em.

Take your pictures. Measure yourself. Take pictures of you in different outfits, that way you might not "feel" or look a lot different on the scale, but after measuring and seeing yourself in the same outfit that hangs differently, you can see that you have done more than you thought you did.

Thanks for all the encouragement to stop listening to the ugly voices! Pysch/Nut consult on 9/16...just wish that would get here. I already see that I don't do well with this waiting game stuff! LOL

My latest photo was taken a month ago on my 4-month anniversary when I had lost 65 lbs. I have since lost an additional 11.2 lbs. Those jeans are baggy on me now. I'll do another photo update around my 6- or 7-month anniversary...
