I'll join!! I started out at 228 and am now at 154. I am 4 lbs from my first goal but have already decided to take it 10 lbs until I am ready to stop. I'm thinking about 140??? But will see where I end up at. I LOVE my sleeve!!

all the happiness that comes with loosing weight. You all have inspired me today I just wish
I was having surgery tomorrow. It makes all the preop diet worth it. I wish you all more success and better health, congradulation and thank you so much for posting. Terri

Best wishes to you, Terri! I remember the night before my surgery. Never, ever did I think my body and my life would change so very much! It's a crazy rollercoaster ride! Stick to the sleeve guidelines and you're going to have a before/after that will blow even you away!
