Go to MDAnderson in Houston.  They are fantastic.  They were successful in treating the rare cancer that I had.  Or go to a top facility like Sloan Kettering.  You have one shot to take care of this and you should go somewhere that specializes in this type of cancer.  Sleeve or no sleeve...that doesn't really matter.  Remember, the sleeve is common to people who have had stomach problems.
