11 month update with a little attention whoring pics

My weight loss has slowed down significantly and I only lose sporadically for the last 4 months. I've been trying to maintain, and have only lost 25lbs over the last 4.5 months compared to dropping 113 in my first 6.5 months post op and hit goal at 148.
I have stopped restricting carbs, and increased my calories, and my daily meals per day.
For me during the losing stage, I stuck to my guidelines and was very strict with myself.
60 grams of protein
no more than 30gr of carbs
64ounces+ clear liquids
I do have excess skin on my arms, inner thighs, my boobs are nothing but skin and a little breast tissue, my stomach is a wrinkly and saggy, but my skin improves every month. I just recently noticed some wrinkly skin on the side of my butt, right where the little cheek starts. I can work out more, build more muscle in that area and fill that area out more. The arms are a lost cause, and they don't really bother me. I hate sleeveless shirts/tank tops because I have this weird aversion to under arms/armpits. I just think they are gross. So even if my arms looked amazing, I would not wear sleeveless/tank tops.
