I am band to sleeve revision and probably using Dr. David Kim in Texas for 12,500. I did just look at Nick Nicholason's website and he now charges 12,200.

I am going to look at Dr. Dewitt in Birmingham, though, since I am in Tennessee, but it says his website is closed. hmmmm.....
