That does sound good.  I have some peanut butter powder that is my fav...I wonder what I can mix with that?!

You mean the PB2 you have?  You can mix that in with your choco protein, egg and a bit of maybe soymilk - cheese (like a muenster, or provolone) would go good with that too.

The cheese helps to make it not so dry too, (especially if you nuke it for less time - depending on your nuker)

Yep, Brandilynn turned me on to this recipe and they're very filling :) Lately I've been making an apple cinnamon "muffin" using 1/4 c egg beaters, 2 oz unsweetened apple sauce and 1 scoop vanilla protein with cinnamon sprinkled in it. I microwave for 1 minute and that's breakfast!!! The only advice I would give is to make sure it's eaten hot because it gets a little rubbery when it cools off.

Take Care,

I'm strangely intrigued by this recipe, although I have yet to try it. I'm thinking it might be tasty to use the BSN cinnamon roll protein powder, and maybe then do the french toast idea, but make it cinnamon french toast.

I wonder if it would work to make one that would taste like a pumpkin loaf by adding SF Toriani pumpkin pie flavored syrup? This time of year makes me crave pumpkin-flavored stuff like that.
