My first attempt at pizza (legal pizza that is)

I made it last week and was quite impressed! I wanted it to be a little crunchier in the middle. The outside was but I couldn't cook it any longer, as the edges were getting too brown. I will use fresh cauliflower instead of frozen next time to see if it makes a difference. To add more lean protein, I put lean ground beef and turkey pepperoni on top. Also I mixed the seasoning in, instead of putting it on top.

I spread it out on parchment paper and then put that on top of a preheated pizza stone - YUM!!    That will make it crispier too.

My husband who might not have tasted it if I told him cauliflower was in it, was digging on eating just the crust even without sauce.  Its good!
