Cauliflower pizza crust?!
I like that you can freeze the crust after you bake it, so that you could bake, cut into slices (and know how much they were worth, calorically) and then create single slices.
That will be good for making pizza for me N handsomefacefella - because he like hawaiian pizza, and while I like it - my druthers are for a more savory pizza!

On my knees, looking through the cabinets for my potato ricer!!! It looks delicious. I like cauliflower and pizza. Cheese glorious cheese.......
I am doing low carb, more like a cross between low carb and South Beach. I like to emphasize low carb veggies instead of animal protein and fat. I like it all, but I can stick with it longer if I eat more veggies.

Its official - I give this recipe 3 snaps up in a Z formation.
The YUMMY smelling crust out of the oven
This is 1/4 of the crust - cut into 2 pieces. Turkey pepperoni, some spag sauce, Spanish olives and a weentz of cheese for the top. One of these pieces was enough for my stomach in one sitting at this point.
I will get some Contandina tomato paste, because I like that as a base for pizza (aside from pesto!) - and it will not be as watery as the spag sauce - so then I will be able to pick it up and nibble it better!
Nutritional info you ask? - Also - if you are on myfitnesspal.com I already have the crust in there so you could use it without having to enter it yersef - if you like!
Calories is first column, protein 2nd, fat 3rd, carbs 4th and sodium last column. So, its kind of fatty, but honestly my fat is pretty low the rest of the day, so I do not think its harmful for a good N special treat!
