Cauliflower bread sticks and pizza crust? Laws, laws.

Cauliflower Bread stick?? Doesnt even sound yummy--but do let me know how that turns out. My tastes have changed tremendously--I actually prefer artifical sweetner to regular sugar nowadays. Its crazy. Some of my pre-op faves are my least fav meals...I do not crave sweets at all. Thanks goodness cuz I could eat 2 of those king sized ice cream snickers
Wow thanks for the recipe! I think I'll make it this weekend!

I use myfitnesspal.com - so what I would do is put all the ingredients it took to make the crust into a "meal" and then after I cook it, I can see how many "slices" I will make.
Then - I would probably freeze portions of crust and then break them outwhen I am ready for pizza, use the "meal" function on myfitnesspal to say - I had 1/8 of a portion of the meal (just say) and then put my toppings in there separately
like 1 T of tomato paste
1 oz of meat
0.25 ounce of cheese (or a half a stick of pepperjack - something like that)
T of red onions
1 mushroom
Like that. Then you know zactly how much is going on each slice!
There is probably an easier way to do it - so I will watch here for someone smart in the ways of the meal breaking up!
