Have you tried Click?  It's like iced coffee, it's made with real espresso and you can mix it with water or milk.  I bought a bunch of Torani sugar free syrups like they use at Starbucks, and i make my own iced coffees.  So frickin good.

I am also lactose intolerant, but I love milk.  Have you tried Lactaid milk?  It's lactose free milk.  It's real milk, and it tastes ike real  milk.  I love it, plus using milk instead of water adds another 8 gm of protein to your drink!

I would like too, but I cant see shelling out 30 bucks per 15 serving cannister.  Maybe some day, but today I just make my own.

I use the Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze too, only 2g of carbs and 40 cal!  Gotta love that!!!
I have found a great shake mix that's good with water, milk and soya/almond.  Its completely dairy free too which is nice.  Its Figure 8 from Arbonne ( www.arbonne.ca or www.arbonne.com).  Its not the lowest for carbs, between 11 and 14g depending on the flavor and ts not the cheapest, but if you sign up for a membership you get 20% off all your products (Its $29 US and $35 Can and renew is $18 a year,  I think a little less in the US)   The chocolate shake is so chocolately, even with water and you can reduce the carbs by just having one scoop which is just as rich tasting.
