Complex Carbs
So are ALL those Complex Carbs......(for all those that replied) or just regular Carbs?
I am willing to look up the total nutritional value for the ones I may try eventually.
PS.....oops my bad......I can see that they are just all carbs mixed. Any ideas on Complex Carbs and their counts/values?
On ones that people eat? Thanks

Morning Darlin',
I looked up complex carbs on Google to attempt to clarify for you. Here's what I found:
"Complex carbs (carbohydrate) foods are basically those in wholegrain form such as wholegrain breads, oats, muesli and brown rice. Complex carbs are broken down into glucose more slowly than simple carbohydrates and thus provide a gradual steady stream of energy throughout the day."
Examples of what I eat for my complex carbs are:
-Lundgren Organic Brown Rice
-Whole Grain Bread (look for ones that have Whole Grains, instead of Whole Wheat) I do not eat bread hardly ever as it sits too heavy in my chest
- Broccoli (raw or steamed)
- Cucumber Slices
- Oatmeal (again, hardly ever eat this, but it's another good choice)
- All Bran Buds (I put them into my yogurt - they're in the cereal aisle)
- Whole grain tortillas/wraps for using as a homemade pizza crust
- Melba Toast Rounds (I get the ones that are Grissol Brand - garlic or Vegetable flavor) with some bruschetta sauce on top for a snack
There's a decent list of complex carbs at: www.weightlossforall.com
Hope this helps!
