One of my favorite summer treats is fresh sweet corn on the cob.

Can we still eat that?

I haven't tried much corn yet (other than in corn chowder, a few kernels in a salad, etc.), but it seemed OK.  I just wouldn't try much of it too soon.  But I don't see why not eventually.

If you eat carbs, that is...  :)

I am nearly 8 months out and I love eating corn - but 1 cob is a complete meal for me.   Full of fibre too wihich is good.   It might take you a few months before you can try it, everyone is different!

Not until you are on a full diet. Corn is very hard to digest.
