Please give info on Dr. Alvarez

I'm new here and am thinking of having surgery with Dr. Alvarez.  If you have had your surgery with him and are willing to share, please do.  Good or bad.  I just want to make sure I know as much as possible.  Thank you so much.

Look at the diferent posters and go to the profiles of those who have been to him and read what they have to say there.  You will get a lot of great info.
He's an awesome doctor.

 He is the bomb!!! So gentle and caring. He comes in to check on you so often during the day, you think "you again!?" lol All kidding aside he is such a gentle surgeon that I had very little bruising and no gas after surgery. You will love him.

I put my experience on my profile.  Just click on my name and it will take you there, then scroll down; it's on the left side of the page.  He was wonderful, just like I was led to believe here.  As the above poster said, I had no bruising or gas pain at all, and that's saying something.  A lot of people have terrible gas pains.  I never had any nausea either, a miracle in itself! 

Before I went with him, I googled him and went everywhere that mentioned his name.  I could find nothing bad about him at all, just that his hospital is old.  True.  Old and shabby, but clean.  Actually it is more like a little clinic, and someone compared it to a VA facility.  There are pictures of it somewhere on here, probably on someone's profile who has gone to him.  I completely knew what I was going to, so I wasn't shocked ... and Dr. A has renovated the little suites for his patients, so they are nice. 

I recommend him with no reservations.  Dr. A and all his staff were first-rate!  I have never had the first problem and am so grateful to him for giving me my life back.  Best wishes!      --Dorothy

Check on my profile.  i have a review and pix of the hospital and our room.  As a nurse of 9 years, i can honestly say that that little hospital was cleaner than ANY hospital I have ever worked in in the states!!!  HONEST!
