The stall is over!! Woo hoo!!
My son came home Sat from college and dragged me to the gym. Walked on treadmill for 20 minutes, then hit the elliptical for 35 more minutes. THEN, did the rowing machine for 6 minutes. Can you say "tired"? My shoulders and neck and arms felt like lead.
Then Sunday, I joined DH on his morning constitution. He usually runs/walk 5K every Sunday morning. I said, I will go part of the way with you and then turn and head back home. Well, I got to the point of no return and didn't turn back. By then, I was in too deep, So, I figured, might as well start jogging for 60 seconds at a time. I jogged 4 different intervals - AND my knees do NOT hurt. Yeah!!!!!!
By Monday morning, the scale moved.
My son and I have issued each other a challenge for Lent. We have pledged to work out 5 days per week during the 40 days of Lent. I really don't want to have to face the Lord over failing this challenge.
