Accountability Challenge!
Hi...I just wanted to say that if you are still losing 2lbs a week you must be doing something right. Well done!
I am six months out and far from perfect re vitamins, keeping a food diary and exercise, but I could not be happier because my weight is still dropping at least a 1lb a week and sometimes more. I eat a balanced diet, but still graze occasionally - my grazing might consist of a few nuts, or a small piece of ham or a couple of sugar free candies.
My 3 things would be
1 Drink more water
2 Exercise myself and the dog 3 - 4x weekly starting today
3 I will try to remember to food journal - I am a typical ADD -er and tend to forget - or maybe that has something to do with my age!

I am pre-op but I'm in. Here are mine:
1. Take my vitamins every day!!! I keep forgetting these.
2. Drink more water. I am going to aim for for a minimum of 6 glasses a day. I have a reusable water bottle that holds 16 ounces and I will try to drink three a day.
3. Increase my exercise. I am doing the C25K but I would like to add more cardio to help lose my pre-op weight that the doc says I need to lose. I will go to the gym and walk or use the bike at least 4 days per week starting today. I will work out a minimum of 45 minutes.
Good luck everyone!!!!
