Can you drink freely?

It took me about 3 months to get the normal drinking back. I can probably do three good swallows at a time, then need a couple of minutes for that to go down before I can do it again.

I am psyched!  I didnt know I could ever drink normallly again!!  How exciting.  Now I have to find a favorite non-sode beverage with no calories.  I hate crystal light.

I hope so.  I am a chugger and this sipping is the pits.  So thirsty and just can't get it in.  Cold drinks get warm, hot drinks get cold.  Argh!  I miss chugging more that chewing!!!!

i'm just over 2 months and I've been able to chug about 4 good size gulps for awhile now.
sometimes my stomach will make the loudest windy gurgle as air moves it's way up my esophogus.  it's pretty embarrassing but kind of funny too.

I can pretty much drink at whatever speed I want to, but I tend to not take huge gulps. It just feels better not to. The only thing I sip are hot drinks. It'll get easier with time.

Handle every stressful situation like a dog.
If you can't eat it or play with it,
Just pee on it and walk away.

I'm not quite 5 months out and sometimes I can drink as much and as fast as I want and sometimes I can't. But it used to be I never could so it's an improvement.
