Mock Rice Pudding
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1 box sf vanilla instant pudding (made according to directions on box)
12 oz. carton lf cottage cheese
cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
1 small box of raisins (snack box)
Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate for two hours or overnight is even better. The raisins will plump and soften.
If raisins aren't in your plan yet, omit them, taste is still great! I've also made this with other flavors of pudding and it's yummy.
