Are you on any Thyroid medications? I live with heart palpitations, but it's due to my insufficient Thyroid. I take Thyroid meds, but I still have them. Check with your doctor about a blood test. If you already take the meds, have him/her check the dosage you're on. It may not be enough, or it may be too much. If you're not on any Thyroid meds, have him check to see if you need them.

Laura ; Hi I have had the lap-band done in o4 and it hasn't work for me I have lost only 50lbs Now my Dr. is turning me over to his partner. to have RNY done. I also went by the book but my problem is exercise. I don't know if you have heard of Fibromyallgia but it keeps me from doing alot of things. And I'm 52 and when you reach a certain age it is even harder to lose. I just started looking on the revised board to see how many people have done other things and there storys. I had the VBG w/sleeve on November 15, 2005 and I was out 4 weeks, and then went back to work part time.
