5 Weeks Post-Op VBG - 50lbs. Lighter !!!

Hey Fellow VBG Choosers, Just wanted to post results so far. I had my 5 week check up yesterday. My scar is completely healed except for that little scab at the very top. I have lost almost exactly 50 pounds (50.5 to be exact) and my BMI has dropped by 6.4. I still think I made a good choice and was surprised at the drop. I am going to keep on exercising. Doc says over next three weeks move to solids (regular) food, but stay away from fatty and snacky and fast food, and only 4-6 oz. per "meal" forever. Good luck to the rest of you guys. Happiness...
