PREG??Tubal w/Clamps after WLs

I had my tubes tied in sept of 2003 anyways just yesterday i found out that i have something called "wings" i have clamps on them. My doc said that if I EVER miss a period to get tested.. there is a chance of beging pregnant after tubal.... well then i went on to tell him i am having WLS (VBG) November 1st and he said that i am more then likey to miss a peirod or 3 but to test.. he said that with the weight loss it ups my changes of getting pregnat with the clamps.. so my question is has anyone ever exsperienced this???
