losing slow
Hi Jacelyn,
First of all it seems as though you are right within the normal range of weightloss. So perhaps the best place to start is to congradulate yourself for losing 38 pounds in such a short period of time. I find maintaining a positive attitutude key to my personal success. Also I exercise about 3-5 times a week and that really sped up my weightloss. Good luck to you
