So did you have the VGB w/sleeve? Did Tricare pay for it or did you have to pay out of pocket. Also do you have any pics. I'm 5'2"(Well 5'1.5") and I would like to see what 188 looks like on a short person, because that's how much they say I will weight (180) after surgery. Did you work out allot? I know it's allot of questions but I really do need some answers. Thanks for your answers.

I did have the vbg w/sleeve I had to pay for the sleeve part and I had to pay for the pathology liver biospy (sp). I didn't start working out till after I 3 months out started off with walking then started going to the gym 3 days a week 1-2 hrs would do 20-30 mins each on the tredmill, the ellipitical, then the recumbent bike ,by the time I was 6m out I had lost 100lbs ,I don't have pictures on the web but I wear 12 or 14 in pants and some 10's depends on the maker ,I'm still 42lbs from my goal Dr.E's goal was 130lbs to me thats way too thin .I just started hiking again so I 'm hoping to get closer to my goal by X-mas then see about reconstructive surgery tummy tuck for sure I may have to pay for my own boobs .Good luck with Dr. E your in great hands .Kristy
