HELLO EVERYBODY IHAD MY SURGERY 4 WEEKS AGO 7-15-04.AND IM HAPPY TO SAY I HAVE LOST 30 POUNDS DOES ANY ONE HAVE RECIEPES FOR DINNER OR LUNCH OR BREAKFAST.
