4 month weight-in

Today, I went to see my pcp and for the first time since middle school I was able to weigh-in on a normal doctor's office scale. I am down 75lbs! Woo-Hoo!!! I started at 475, had surgery 3/9/04 and am now at 400 even. The scale only goes to 400 and last year it they couldn't get my weight. So when I stepped on the scale today, I was expecting the little metal bar to just hit the bottom with a solid clink as usual, but to my surprise it actually teetered and balanced!!!! OH MY GOD!!!!! I'm so happy with my results and I haven't even started exercising yet. I'm loving it!!!!

It's a great feeling isn't it? It only gets better believe me. Be dilligent and hang in there.
