Weigh In!!!!

I cannot believe it!!! Today, I was able to WEIGH in at the DOCTORS office for the FIRST time in YEARS!!!!! I am now at 350! WOWOWOWOW! I started at 415 and cannot believe the progress I've made. Today, I had to go to the doctor because I've been ill. I have bronchitis. So, have to take horse pills ... cutting them up so I can swallow them is difficult. I'm so excited nothing else will matter today. Not even if I hurt all over! This is one of the best days... wow! Thanks for listening! Lisa 415/350/-65

Lisa that is GREAT!!!! I started at 475lb, and one of my problems is I'm not able to track my weight loss because I don't have access to a scale. I can't wait to get below 400 so I can use my pcp's scale. That's my first goal, and hopefully I will be there in a couple of months. But I am so happy for you!!! Keep it up.
