gas gas gas!!!!!!!!!!!
I do not know about everyone but my doctor has me on a plan!!!
I have to drink 24 oz a day of a "supplement" which means I am drinking Slim Fast or Carnation Instant Breakfast at least 24oz a day. Then I also have 1 oz of Cream of Wheat or MaltoMeal mixed with 1 oz of skim milk for breakfast and for lunch and supper I have a mixture of liquid cream soup 1oz cream of mushroom soup w/1 oz of skim milk.(all liquid consistency) and then in the middle of all that I can have 6 oz of either crystal ligh****er/sugar free jello/or herbal decaf tea. So far I have not had a problem with gas at all. I have started eating yogurt instead of the cream of mushroom soup because I was getting sick of it. I just get the fat free-sugar free yogurt. And also what is good is the sugar free popscicles!!!!
