Weighed for the first time since surgery!!

I have lost a total of 34 lbs in 7 days! Holy cow!!! I never thought I'd lose this much that quick. I know it will probably taper off but, for the first time it made it all worth the liquid diet and no food. I hope you all are doing well out there. Thank you for all the support you gave me while I was going through it!

Congratulations Lisa! You are doing tremendous. Just keep following your doctors recommendations. Its so important these first few months. Keep up the good work.

Way to go!! I am thinking about the surgery and am so scared? How was the pain? Did you have it done lapr. or open?
