34#'s Gone in 3 weeks

Hi everyone... Well I had VBG on 10/28 and have lost 34#'s so far. I lost 30#'s the first two weeks! I appear to be dropping about 3/4 to 1# a day since. I am very pleased. Overcoming the "need" to clean my plate has been the biggest obstacle. I didn't even realize this would be a problem. It is a "head" thing to be sure.
