I am so excited. I finally got my approval and referral forms for everyone, doctor, anestheisiologist, hospital, you name it. I decided to go with the rude doctor because I want to get it done before they change their minds since my referral letters have a 30 day time limit. I am so so ready. I have my blood pressure under control with the meds my pc gave me and I am raring to go. I don't think I could have done this without all the info I got from this site. It was a godsend and so are you guys. I will start a journal and try to keep a record of one of the most important event that I will face. Love you guys. Dianne Carroll
