4.5 months out!!!!!

Had VBG 3/18/03 and am down 75 pounds!!! I am soooooooo excited for all the "weight release". Went to a party last night and heard that new one! Said a lot of times when you lose something you want to find and and when you lose weight you don't so they said to call it "weight release". I loved it. I am also very happy to have had the VBG. No problems to date and thankful for that as well. Good luck to all the pre-VBG'ers.

I am so happy for you I can believe that you have RELEASED all that weight in such little time what is your secret because I am having problems losing wieght and I am so afraid of gaining the weight that I have lost

Tremendous all that weight loss! How much did you weigh to start with? And do you exercise? Trying tio get the "skinny" on things!
