life is good!!!

i had my vbg done 5-28-03 and i am down 45lbs!!! my bmi went from 38.4 to 33.2, i went from very obese to just "overweight". i dropped about 2 sizes and everyday i seem to loose more weight. i started at curves a few weeks ago and i couldn't feel better!!!! i never made a better decision in my life.

Great! How does Curves work out for you? I haven't decided whether tan and tone or curves would be the best?
