Vitiamin

Took my first hole vitamin this morning, so far so good. Tryed it crushed yezterday and it was just nasty even in food. My booklet says 8 weeks, but a friend of mine that had her surgury two days after mine same doc said 6 months to a year befor takeing them hole. But from all that I have read on hear, I went for it, and im good. Will call doc in morning and see what they say to me. Love tbis site.
