Effexor XR - Getting ready for VGS

I don't have a surgery date yet but am researching how I will have to change my current medications to liquid or chewable.  Effexor is an antidepressant that is in a capsule and it is extended release.  Anyone here found a successful way to take this same medication?

Morgan did you have the VBG surgery? Laparo or open?

Good question, Evelyn...I too take Effexor XR,and I never thought of that. I'll check w/ my doc and post a reply when I find out!
