i had the vbg in 2004 i was 306 went down to 225 became I'll in2008 gain 30lbs. what's next? well I'm going to take my tool (vbg) and get this 30lbs. off then work on my 90lbs. my goal is not to give up.
but to get better.best wishes to all.
