What is the difference between this procedure and the sleeve gastrectomy??

VBG on 09/20/10

From what I understand, the sleeve gastrectomy, cuts and removes a big portion of your stomach, where the VBG is similar to the Lapband, but without the frequent visits for fills and it don't remove your stomach. look at this forum post :
