Time for gratitude and thanks...
As you know, I am really struggling with many stressors right now, but I have found that taking time to remember the things for which I'm grateful helps to keep me focused on doing the things I need to do to take care of myself. With that in mind, I'd like to share a few things for which I'm grateful:
* My improved health which is helping me make it through these tough times
* The fact that I'm not gaining a ton of weight during these stressful time
* The support of friends, family and acquaintances
* The companionship of my sweet, loving puppies that only ask to be loved in return
* The roof over my head and food in the pantry today
* The beauty of the season. I just love the vibrant colors as the leaves change
If you have things for which you are grateful, I'd love to have you share them. It seems that when I read others gratitude lists, it helps trigger even more things for me to add to my own list and as I am grateful, my burden is eased.Barbara

Shasha,
I run very large online and in person support groups that are represented by every surgery type. Many issues, concerns, etc... are common from one surgery type to another, so I often cross post across multiple surgical platforms when the content is not surgery specific.
Thank you for your concern.
Wishing you all the best in your journey,
Barbara
