VBG Reversal

Just wondering if anyone has had thier banding reveresed or redone?  I have gained some weight back and was looking for some input.

Yes, I will be having a revision done to a RNY July 15, 2009.  My suture line ruptured and the mesh lining is causing a blockage.

I had a VBG w/silastic ring way back in 1986 ( vertical scar down my belly).
I too am looking for a surgeon for a revision.
Many doc's don't want to delve into this since it is more complicated . I have been told  to research, to find someone who has done this before, and I am still looking.

I had VRG about 10 years ago. I like so many other vomit regularly and eat sweets because they go down easy. I regained everything I lost.
Dr. John Hughes in Indianapolis does RNY revisions and has recommended me for this on Sep 29th. I hope this works better.
