Hello all,
How are you all doing on your weight, food plans, activity levels? I haven't talked much about this lately and I was wondering if we could open up a dialog.
Today, well, I have a few errands and then we shall see. I had a couple of really good dreams last night and I do feel some dreams are important. So, I may touch base with them again during the day. Do you believe in dreams?

Hi all,
What a beautiful morning it is. I have the windows and doors open and enjoying the coolness. Yesterday hubby talked me into looking at a couple cars. I test drove a CRV and a Jeep. I liked both but the Jeep is what I had originally wanted two cars ago. So, we shall see how this pans out.
Today we may try a new church. If I can get him up that is. I had trouble sleeping last night. I think I need another endoscopy to see what's going on in my tummy.

Do any of you know how to do a poll?
Hubby came home yesterday afternoon. He was supposed to rest but did he? Naaaah, well at least he is doing better.
Today, not sure what I will be doing. I woke up yelling at myself again. I hate that. I can't wait until I get back into work and get active. Idleness is not something I enjoy.

Hi all,
Well, today is not the best day. Hubby is in the hospital with a weird unknown pain, I woke up with chills and upset tummy. Not sure when I will make it into the hospital today. If you happen to work at Culpeper hospital, stop in at room 218 and say hi.

Hi all,
Do any of you know if the library here in Culpeper has wifi? I have to get out of the house and get some quizzes done and I thought the library would be a good place to go.
I am really fed up with myself today. I always wake up upset. Why do I do that? I am so blessed, really I am. Oh, I think I got the job at Curves! I am so excited!!! It is a 20 mile drive but that's ok.
Not much else to report. How about you?

Sounds like you have been quite the busy bee since your move to Culpeper. Lots of luck on all those interviews and finding a job. The Wellness center is a fabulous place!!!!!! I joined a little over a year ago. A support group there would be fabulous! Keep me posted.

Hi all you wonderful peoplieeeees!
This morning I am sitting here in the quiet of the morning. The door and window are open letting in the cool morning air. How blessed I am to be able to do just that. I have been having some irregularity issues and seriously, don't take for granted the ability to go to the bathroom. All the things we do every day, we tend to take for granted. Be thankful today.
I have another interview today at Curves. I also have an appointment at the wellness center in a couple of weeks. Hopefully, I can get a support group started there soon. I am enrolled in an awesome webinar. I am hoping to share some of this with my future group about mindfullness and how this helps with stress. Can't wait!

Hi all,
An update on the job search. Got a rejection from Orange school district which I think is ok. I wasn't too kean on that one. Will be meeting the owner and new owner at Curves tomorrow at noon. Maybe that one will work out.
Got an email back from my mentor and since I don't have Access on my computer, I have to do an Excel final project. That's ok. I might as well bite the bullet and learn that well. So, I will take the last quiz in Excel and start on the final. I think this will knock off several weeks so that is great!
Hubby is home again today. This is his short week at work. I kind of like his schedule even though it will change in September. I hope he stays on days. I don't do well by myself at night.
