Morning Buggas! I'm doing much better this am. Headache is almost gone. Yesterday was marvelous epsecially weather wise. Got the buggas outside and we enjoyed the sunshine. SO... How will you move your body today? Walking and cleaning house! WAHOO! Are/have you taking/taken your vitamins? 1st 1/2 down and YES I took my iron! Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids? Yep, 7-11 10/10 coffee then of course Crystal Light. Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)? For breakfast a CIB and yogurt. For lunch most likely a small salad and chili. Prolly some string cheese for one snack and fruit for the other. Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)? Not sure yet what I am going to eat today....probably a salad an maybe steak?
