Walking with either the girls or hubs when he gets home from work.

Are/have you getting/gotten in your fluids?
Doing 24 oz of 7-11 10/10 then focusing on 80 oz of Crystal in GRAPE! Yep, GRAPE which I didn't know they made but a while ago Diane (Lady Di) & I were at Walmart and she introduced me to the Walmart version and I've been hooked on many of the flavors since.
Are/have you getting/gotten in your foods (and the good ones)?
Breakfast: hardboiled egg and yogurt
Lunch: chili
Dinner: dunno what ever I cook
