Car didn't make it....
Well, I got all packed up for a night at the Sleep Study and my old car just wouldn't have any of it....I got a few miles down the road and it started to overheat. I had to drive to my ex's to ask him to call them for me to tell them I wouldn't be there. Gave me some real weird feelings having to ring the doorbell of my old house. He didn't even invite me in...he did however, loan me $100 to get the car fixed...that was big of him. It was all for show as I was outside talking with my old neighbors and he did it in front of them. MEN...or lack there of...hehe. Anyway, I am home safe and my little car is out there all hot and mad at me. At least it got me home as the neighbor checked it out, added some water and said it would make it home. Thank God. I guess I am off to AutoZone tomorrow to have them hook my little car to their computer to see what is wrong with it. Hope everyone is having a good week.

I'm glad you were NEAR people when the car decided to go on strike (even if it was the Ass, er, I mean, ExToBe). Hopefully, Autozone can take a peek under the hood and find something minor needs tweeking.
lol - I think it's hilarous that your EX decided his "ego" was worth a hundred bucks? Too funny. Dontcha know he was probably steaming as he went back indoors, when it dawned on his single brain cell that he just paid a $100 bucks to LOOK good in front of people and still came up short.
Hey? Why are they still running sleep studies on your? Ive heard of them before the weight loss surgery but typically after the fact. Are they trying to take you off the CPAP machine? (assuming you're on one). Hopefully, it all works out for you - testing and car wise.

Hugs - Lei Hi Lei!!! Yeah, ex didn't offer when I knocked on the door..didn't even offer to follow me home to make sure I got there ok...but when I was leaving, my neighbor John came out and when I told him what was wrong, he offered to look at it...about 15 minutes later (ex couldn't help his nosy self) he came out and asked what was wrong with the car...duh...he then wrote out a check for $100 and handed it to me saying it was a loan. Oh, I know he could kick himself in the big ole behind for that one. I wasn't proud, heck I took it! I even forced myself to say thanks. To myself I was thinking yeah, right MF you will see this money only if you take me to court. What a total jerk.
Now, the Sleep Study....I have or did have mild sleep apnea....in order to have the surgery I had to be on a CPAP but I hate it...I am renting one and needed to be fitted for a regular one...the one I am on is a diagnostic something and is a pain. Haven't used it in quite awhile. Gotta go back and get back on the full face deal..can't handle the nose thngy...
Well, I was sure hoping to see you next weekend! But I know what it is like my first husband was in the Navy...You take care and we will be thinking about you.
