Good Afternoon, Angels

Well, I sure hope everyone had a wonderful time in NOVA and is getting safely home by now. For everyone else, I hope you had a wonderful weekend also. I stayed home all day yesterday and played on the computer (Thanks to Judy) and the time just flew by. Amazing how fast you lose track of time on this thing. I didn't get anything done but I enjoyed my day. This morning I got up and went to church....was wonderful. I have so many angels....Tammy G. and Susan E., your cards arrived on Saturday and was so uplifting for me..you have no idea. Thank you so much. Jill and Judy....sorry I left the messenger so abruptly but this computer isn't letting me on any of the messengers now. Go figure. Kat, I really enjoyed our conversation through email last night. I felt like I had company. It was fun. I am going to try to stay off the computer some today...my back is killing me and I have to get some excersise!!!! Maybe a little walk later this afternoon is in order, right girls? I do have to stay around the house for awhile though, I am expecting a freind to come over to look at my poor old car. It overheated while Judy and Phil were here Thursday night and I am afraid to drive it very far. Just my luck. Anyway, for those of you going to Charlottesville next weekend, I should be there as Shannon is going to come get me!!!! Thanks Shannon, I hope to return the favor someday. Well, as I have said many times before and I can't say it enough, thanks to all the wonderful angels who are helping me through this rough time I am going through...I don't know how I would have survived without every one of you. Hey Betsy, It is so wonderful to see you on the board again. I am sorry you are not able to get on the messenger. I have tried messenging you there but I guess that's why I have not been able to be in touch with you. I will try the tried and true e mail approach. Maybe that will get through. I didn't get to the NOVA meet & greet either. I was here at home, slept in yesterday morning. Went to Wal-mart and to get my nails done. Hung out with my daughter, Jennifer and got groceries. Today, I am kinda bummed out so I made homemade soup. It was cold and snowy so I thought it was a great time for a big pot of soup. So now I am here posting a little. It's back to work tomorrow. I was hoping for enough snow to have an unexpected snow day off from work....guess that's not happening either. I want so badly to go next weekend to the meet & greet but I have other obligations so I will not be able to be there. I hope everyone has a great time but don't count me out just yet. I do plan on making the next get together. I told Nat just this evening, I sure wish we could do another Richmond gathering. I regret so much not making the conference. But next time I will be there...that is unless I have just had my surgery. Only time will tell. Betsy, I hope you had a great day and I hope your upcoming week is great too.
