3 month appt today

I have lost 70 lbs since surgery, about 86 since my biggest. I am dehydrated. The lab called before I left to let the good Dr S know before I left. I guess I need to attach a water bottle around my neck. I have had bronchitis so maybe that is draining more fluids. Hope all the rest of the blood work comes back good. Will know in a few days. Shannon, Congrats on your loss and good luck on increasing your fluids! I don't think I've officially been dehydrated, but I also struggle to get in all of the water and other fluids I need to. Good luck! ~Wanda

Congrats Shannon! As far as the dehydration goes, have you taken any cold meds? They are designed to "dry you out" so that may be causing the problem. Christine

You are right Christine. Had to cut out the Psuedophed and cut back on the Mucinex. Finished all my antibiotics. I have cut back coffee and added 2 more bottles of water. I feel better already. Shannon

Thanks Diana. Cant wait to meet up w/ you too. Hope the century club will come faster w/ all the extra water I am pouring in. Now if i just could make myself get to Curves. God give me strength. I know I will be pleased if I do when I have to put on shorts this summer. Shannon
